L'AMO and AUBOCASSA 2016/2017 oils come out on the market, fruit of a very scarce harvest but of excellent quality for the arbequina and picual varieties.

L'AMO 2016/2017 is greenish-yellow colour with considerable shade, a slightly opalescent aspect. It is a very special oil, coming from the blending of the arbequina and picual varieties. Its aromas appear as fresh notes that remind us vegetables of green leaf and olive trees, with great intensity and transparency. Living image of its environment. The vegetable garden with artichokes, spinach, cress and tomato plants appear on the rim of the glass; it remembers very well to the mastic, the bushes and herbs of the boundaries of the paths. The salty breeze and damp earth are shown in the immensity of L’AMO, the oil that likes to pay tribute to the figure of the person that although is not the owner, works and cultivates the fields being deeply linked to the land. This is an oil that takes part of the new stage of AUBOCASSA, which is born of the installation of the mill.

AUBOCASSA 2016/2017 100% arbequina, greenish-yellow colour between clean and opalescent aspect. With a very intense aroma, the subtly citric aromas float above the glass, with details of fine freshly cut herb. Inside the glass, it can be found notes of vegetable garden and fruits, mainly ramallet tomato, apple and green banana. The green almonds and fresh aromatic herbs go through the composition of the oil. In the mouth, AUBOCASSA is unctuous, soft, silky and fresh. Nothing bitter but with a subtle spicy that provides intensity on the pleasant sweetness of its balanced production.
