GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS

These conditions, as well as current Spanish legislation, govern the purchase contract between Bodegas Roda S.A. and buyers who access the e-commerce page www.clubroda.es

Bodegas Roda informs on this page of the characteristics and prices (VAT included and expressed in €) of the products.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer in the following cases:

-If the purchase is less than €80 for MEMBERS

-If the purchase is less than €120 for GUESTS

-If the shipments are international, excluding Portugal.

-In shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the customer will benefit from a reduction in the cost of shipping on purchases over €160 MEMBERS and €250 GUESTS.

Bodegas Roda reserves the right to withdraw products from the page without prior notice due to stock limitations.

In order to acquire the product, the purchaser must register on our website, be over 18 years of age and have not diminished their capacity for consent.

Bodegas Roda reserves the right of admission to the RODA Club. Two types of buyers are admited in the club:: MEMBER and GUEST. These profiles will see their membership modified in the following cases:

-If a GUEST buys more than €200 in 12 months, they will be promoted to MEMBER during the following 12 months

-If a MEMBER buys more than €300 in 12 months, they will remain as a member for the following 12 months

-If a GUEST does not buy more than €200 in 12 months, their profile will be inactive

-If a MEMBER does not buy more than €300 in 12 months, their profile will become GUEST

Bodegas RODA grants different advantages to MEMBERS and GUESTS, related to the purchase price, shipping costs and accessibility to products, promotions and gifts.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When registering and proceeding with the purchase, Bodegas Roda will issue an order confirmation that will be the reference for follow-up or return and will be sent to the email account specified by the customer.

MINIMUM PURCHASE AGE

To purchase a product you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit/debit card issued in your name.

PAYMENT

Payment will be made through Stripe, it is a pre-shipment requirement and only one option is considered:

-Debit or credit card

SHIPPING POLICY

The products will be delivered within 3 days for shipments within the Spanish territory and 7 days for shipments within the EU. We do not contemplate shipments outside the EU (both due to fiscal criteria and the circulation of goods or cost).

RETURN POLICY

The customer will have 14 calendar days to demand the return from the delivery date and without the need to explain any reason. The refund (which will be identical to what was paid by the client, including shipping costs, if any) must occur within 14 days of the claim and the collection costs will be handled free of charge.

In the event that the product has suffered any damage, we undertake to remove it (since it is an order that includes several bottles, we will attend to the customer's instructions on the extent of the damage) and replace it as soon as possible and at no cost to the client.

The guarantee cannot be extended indefinitely in time as it is a perishable product that can be seriously affected by the storage conditions.

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND FEES

If the purchase is made by private customers in Spain, or within the territory of the EU, the oil will be subject to payment of VAT in the country of origin (Spain). Spanish companies/societies must also pay VAT. If they were EU companies, they would be exempt from paying VAT (suspended). As we anticipated, we do not contemplate shipments outside the EU.
