VINPRECISE
VINPRECISE is an R&D project whose objective is to develop technological tools to monitor and optimise the wine fermentation process in real time. Through the integration of smart sensors, computational models and artificial intelligence, the project will enable progress towards precision winemaking and provide support for the winemaker in decision-making during the wine production process.

Collaborator

The VINPRECISE project is coordinated by Bodegas Ramón Bilbao and involves the participation of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), through the Marine Research Institute (IIM, Vigo) and the Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA, Valencia), as well as the University of Zaragoza, Bodegas RODA, Instalación y Control de Energía y Fluidos (Inconef), and Lallemand Bio.

The project has funding of 858,000 euros, granted by the State Research Agency (AEI) within the framework of the State Plan for Scientific, Technical and Innovation Research 2024-2027.
