VITELITE24

2024-2027
VITELITE24 is an R&D project that aims to develop high-performance physiological and genomic methods for the efficient improvement of the following elite Spanish grape varieties: Albariño, Viura, Tempranillo, and Garnacha. This will promote sustainable and resilient viticulture in the face of the challenges of climate change.

Collaborator

Bodegas Roda leads and coordinates this project, in which Bodegas Martín Códax and Vitis Navarra also participate. VITELITE24 has a budget of 932,838 euros, co-financed by the CDTI Innovación with FEDER funds from the European Union, through the multiregional Operational Programme for Smart Growth 2021-2027. Its execution has an expected duration of 36 months.
