The year of the short cycle. 36 days with temperatures below 0ºC, during the winter. 478,6 mm. of precipitations in the vine-growing year. A frost on the 16th of April, reaching -4,5ºC that devastated the region.
September was rainy and a very good month of October. A limited production. Exhorbitant prices of the grape. (The grapes of the frozen vines were better according to the quality, those vines which were not frozen had many grapes).

Very high layer with a dark background and lively edges with a slight note of evolution.

Very intense, with a sensation of slightly smoky damp earth, lots of small black and red fruits. You feel the rain when it is about to arrive, leaving the freshness and the smell of the landscape.
Cocoa and a slight hint of violet complete a beautiful aromatic environment.

It is very voluminous, with fullness in the center of the mouth, very silky with very fine tannins. Long and fresh, complex and elegant, powerful and delicate. With a really delicious aftertaste.
