High layer, very deep, with a dark cherry bottom and a slight evolution in the edging that can be considered minimal considering the 17 years it is at this time. The appearance is of a much younger wine.
Nose:
Of great intensity and enormous complexity. It is very difficult to decipher it because there are many layers of aromas superimposed. There is the range of black fruits, humid earth, great minerality, noble woods and spices, cedar, tobacco, chocolate. All forming a composition of great depth that changes as the wine opens in the glass.
Palate:
It is very powerful and voluminous, quickly fills the mouth and has a very intense aftertaste. The tannin is very good and it still has a youthful texture.
The black fruit appears reminiscent of small berries, behind it is cocoa, tobacco, spices,... It is very enveloping with sweetness and freshness at the same time. Very long, almost evergreen. Very harmonious and while it lasts, the memory is exquisite.
Delicious complexity of fruits, minerals, spices and freshness.
