Nose:
Good intensity, very fine and spicy. It maintains the fruit well between the notes of evolution of the aging. Its profile is clearly red and is in line with good classic Riojas.
Palate:
Its volume is light, with a very fresh sensation and notes of evolving red fruit, in the cherry range. It is very long and fine, it does not finish, in the mouth it is very stretched and with fine and fresh tannins. This wine followed a path of relatively rapid evolution that is now stabilized in a very interesting phase. It is very good to enjoy it but knowing that you are drinking a 25-year-old wine at the moment.
Tasting held in Haro on March 29th, 2017
