Colour:
It has a middle layer and it maintains it well, although the logical evolution in a wine of its age is appreciated. The background is red and the edging is brick-colored.
Nose:
In the attack a slight metallic tone is appreciated. The wine is very intense and highlights the freshness. A vintage of less maturation is appreciated. The fruit is clearly red with a lot of liveliness. There are notes of spices and tobacco that complement the fruit. The wine maintains points that make it very personal.
Palate:
It is very pleasant, fresh and fruity, with a lot of life and intensity. The red fruit appears very clearly in a fresh version. It is very rich in the mouth, the tips that were felt in the nose also appear in the mouth, giving the wine a feeling of freshness. The tannin is impeccable.
Tasting held in Haro on January 3rd, 2019
