

CLIMATIC CYCLE
During the 2016 vegetative cycle, there was a total rainfall of 409 mm. distributed mostly in the months prior to sprouting.
At the end of the cycle, already in the month of September, there was a significant increase in the temperatures with a storm that favored the ripening.
Grape varieties:
85% Tempranillo, 9% Graciano and 6% Garnacha.
Vineyard:
Bush vines older than 30 years, mostly in Haro and its surroundings. Average yields 1,5 kg. per vine.
Production:
Alcoholic fermentation in French oak vats equipped with temperature control, followed by a malolactic fermentation in French oak barrrel.
Ageing:
14 months in French oak barrels (40% brand new and 60% second-use) and 30 months in bottle prior to its release.
Stabilization:
Completely natural methods, clarification using only egg whites.
Alcohol:
14,5% Vol.
Formats:
Bottles of 50 cl., 75 cl., 1,5 l., 3 l. and 6 l.
Colour:
Cherry background and cherry layer. Bright colours that represent the grape varieties.
Nose:
Very good intensity, with perfectly integrated oak.
The red fruit stands out overall, with the cherry as the central axis.
Palate:
It is voluminous and full. A very elegant and fresh wine. It is very long. It lasts for a long time and has a very important retronasal route.
